The Online service is open to you at any time of day or night. By logging into our service, you can notify us of a change of address, manage your contract affairs, or view your electricity consumption, for example.

You can also contact us by filling a contact form. A reply to an email message will be sent as soon as possible, but within three working days at the latest.
With remotely read meters, our customer billing is based on actual electricity consumption.
