When your electricity metering point is within our network area, you are notified of any malfunctions by text message direct to your phone or email. At the same time, you receive an estimate of the power cut duration and another message when the power is on again. The service informs you of both sudden electrical faults and outages resulting from maintenance work.
The notification service applies to disturbances in the trunk network. Low-voltage faults are not included in the service and therefore a power distribution outage may continue even if a fault in the trunk network has been repaired.
