To make an e-bill service agreement in your online bank, you will need your customer number. You can find it on your electricity bill. Please ask for more information on e-bills from your own bank.
The e-bill arrives directly in your online bank, and to pay it, you only need to check and accept the bill.
You have a choice of receiving your electricity bills 12, 6 or 4 times annually. The bill payment term is always two weeks. When paying your bill, always use the reference number and account number on the bill. This way the payment is quickly allocated against the correct bill.
